Our Metabolic Power Event (MPE) metric takes the anaerobic effort into account
and provides you with a clear idea of the high-energy demand volume. It considers
all the activities requiring energy from anaerobic sources, i.e. accelerations, sprints
and changes of direction.
MPEs are much more informative than accelerations alone and gives a clear picture
of the balance between work and recovery, as well as the decreasing of intensity.
